Hello and welcome to Ol' Scratch Records, a label dedicated to the odd,
the experimental, the oddly danceable and all things of epic, wondrous and
beautiful. If you have been here before, then you are no doubt surprised
at what you see right now. We have undergone a change here at Ol Scratch
in order to hopefully make things little easier to navigate. Also, we are
gearing up for the launch of a new site dedicated to pro sound design called The
Electronic Garden. Look for new of that in the next few days. In the
meantime, Ol Scratch will continue to offer music and merchandise from such
bands as Christus and the Cosmonaughts (art rock with a twist), The Prayer Capsule
(spacerock
excursions into the unknown from S. Murray Solida), noise626 (guitar-based
Gothic progressive rock from guitarist Ant Graham) and White Light Revolver (psychedelic
pop from ex-guitarist Chance Reaction), and more to come. These are lavishly packaged and aimed at the endangered species known as
the record (or CD) collector.
You will also find the name Ol' Scratch on recordings made by people with
a similar disinterest in commercial potential.
So, please, enjoy your visit and we will hopefully speak with you soon!

News and what not 08/10/02: Obviously, the big update is the news. We are utilizing frames to make things more orderly. Hopefully, all of you should be able to use them. Also, the new release from noise626 entitled The Art of Falling Forward is finished and is ready for purchase!!! This is his first release on Ol Scratch and it's a very very really very good and somewhat odd mixture of Progressive Rock and Gothic with a dash of loud guitars and a few surprises to boot. Click on the noise626 icon for more info! Also, the Samples that were once here have been moved to the Electronic Garden....click on the link to go there. In the meantime, take care, and don't forget to write us! pax - Christus
